Stackable Pill Container
Designed for users with complex medication schedules or supplement routines, this stackable pill container provides daily organization, portability, and ease of access. It supports wellness, convenience, and long-term usability—all in a single design.
The container is composed of interlocking compartments that can be used separately or stacked. Each lid uses a snap-tight live hinge system and features ergonomic tabs for grip. CAD modeling ensured precise tolerance fit and injection mold readiness, while design validation focused on ease of opening, cleaning, and reassembly.
Special attention was given to the modular design, allowing users to customize their storage needs while maintaining a compact and organized solution for daily medication management.
Materials & Finishes
Constructed from transparent ABS for easy pill visibility, and flexible PP for the live hinges. The finish was kept semi-matte to reduce fingerprints and enhance the aesthetic appeal for health-conscious or older users.
